ABOUT THE ALUMNI CLUB
The Theta Gamma Alumni Club was created shortly after the chartering of our active chapter at the University of West Alabama in 1998. As our alumni base grew, so did the need for a better structured organization. In 2016, a constitution was drafted and unanimously voted in by the alumni, establishing the goals of the club, the expectations of its members and its leadership, and how the alumni club should be governed. A copy of the constitution can be found below.
The active chapter strives to keep our alumni up-to-date with what they are up to, and welcome any support we can offer. They have always committed to hosting at least one Alumni Club event each semester. In the fall, we invite our alumni to attend Homecoming and participate in all the activities we have planned for them. In the spring, the active chapter invites the Alumni Club to their annual Founder's Day celebration, Orchid Ball. We also invite them to our Spring Alumni Weekend, dedicated to promoting brotherhood between actives and the alumni.
